Microdermabrasion

I believe you can get the kits of the same strength that clinics use. The ones in the local drugstore/pharmacy etc are very mild by comparison. Anyone know where to look please?

i just had facial dermabrasion today on a scar on my cheek
the doctor just gave me polysporin to take home, but he never really told me the basic care guidelines to follow

any recommendations?? thanks!
