You can try this. Mix nutmeg powder with a little unboiled milk and apply on acne or pimples and wash after an hour this remedy when done once or twice a week will not leave any acne marks on the skin . More such solutions at

I use that and it’s also great for if you have a zit or feel one coming just dab it on and it’ll be gone by the next day usually for me. It hasn’t completely faded mine and I’ve been using it for about a month and a half now but it’s faded them alot.

heres a question for you???….is the bumps on your legs on your theighs? cus i have the smae promblem and microdermabrasion will not work on it..its a skin condition called keratosis pilaris.. here is a website that you can check it out

Its the deepest exfoliation of the skin, it unclogs your pores and cleans your skin. Small crystals flow through a tub and bascially suck up the dead skin. You could do it on your legs and arms, it will make your skin a lot smoother and softer. But its kind of expensive. maybe they are just ingrown hairs? try shaving your legs with Veet instead, it doesnt cause ingrown hairs.

A LOT. up to $150 for one treatment i have heard.

BUT there is a better option-do it yourself!

Mary Kay Cosmetics sells this amazing stuff that is a home microderabrasion set. it comes in two steps- refine and replenish. the first one is an amazing scrub that reduced my huge pores around my nose (which i used to be able to keep spare change in, by the way…) and reduced my mom’s (47) wrinkles. AND IT MAKES YOUR SKIN SO SMOOTH AND CLEAN-FEELING!!!! and the second step is a light moisturizer. it’s $50 i believe, but it has like 30-40 treatments in it, or more if you just use a bit. some ppl do it once or twice a week and some every other day, but it’s too rough to use every day. TOTALLY WORTH IT. use the site i’m giving you to locate a mary kay gal near you!
