Can someone tell me the results I could expect from a Dermabrasion procedure?

If you stick with it & do several treatments within the recommended timeframe, you will probably notice a visual improvement after a few times.
How much depends on how deep the scarring is. The key is keeping up with sessions.
Peels & laser treatments can also help with scarring, though they usually have a bit more downtime & are expensive.
